How many times can you call out at Belk? ›

Full time associates get 14 days of PTO, which goes to 19 at 5 years, and 24 at 10 years. But be aware if you call out (sick-with or without doctor's note doesn't matter) 3 times within a rolling 6 months you get written up. On the 4th, you are written up again. On the 5th you are terminated.
