  @steelintheair @FierceWireless Bullsh*t! Worst customer service ever. My experience with Xfinity Mobile has been a joke. Sent me the wrong phone, then wrong numbers assigned, then assigned same number to two phones. Tier 3 has had work order for 11 days. My phone works now; son's doesn't. Can't get a response.

  @Xfinity are you guys aware that your iOS 14 update removed the ability to add pods to a network? The More tab is gone, and pods no longer appear under Devices in Account.

  @Xfinity there’s been “maintenance” in my area since Mon and I haven’t had internet for 5-6 hours at a time, sometimes longer. FYI there’s a pandemic going on & we are all working from home so it’d be nice if we could do our jobs. Why is there an outage literally every single day

  Update: Service is back up and running in the office. The doctor has commented a couple times now that my Note 9's @TMobile Hotspot data seemed a lot faster than our Comcast business class cable connection. I'm amused, though not terribly surprised. #Comcastic

  @Xfinity also, know that between the phone and the chat client, I just spent over 90 minutes with multiple people whose English comprehension was not so good. One of them tried to add more pods to my account. Not a great customer service experience. :(

  @JennNyiri Gees, wish I could get a response from Xfinity. Still waiting to get my son's phone activated. (On hold right now.) Ordered service August 10th. After a comedy of errors, Tier Three has a had a work order on it for 11 days.

  Fun day at the office so far. Comcast appears to have crapped itself. We've been without phones or Internet for hours, and they don't expect to have service restored until 3pm. I'm using the wifi Hotspot on my @TMobile Galaxy Note 9 so we can get a little work done. #Comcastic
