Register today for Online Statements and you will receive an email notification each month when new statements become available. Statements for your Rogue accounts will also be available securely within Online Banking, 24/7. Log into Online Banking to get started today.

There are many benefits of Online Statements, including the following:

• Reduce the risk of identity theft

• Access your Online Statements sooner than mailed statements
• Online Statements are secure and safe

*$5 will be deposited once, per person.

You’ll need a PDF viewer installed on your computer (like Adobe Acrobat), to properly view your online statements.

You will receive an email notification from Rogue Credit Union (membersemailsupport@roguecu.org) once statements are available to view:

• Monthly account statements are available between the 1st-3rd of the month
• VISA statements are available between the 24th– 27th of the month

Yes, you can print or save your statements. For best results, print your statements from the Adobe menu. Tip: to cut down on ink usage, select the black & white/gray scale option on your printer settings:

From the homepage of Online Banking, click on "My Settings” at the top of your screen in desktop and within the side menu in app.

Next,select "Email Address" and follow the instructions to change the email for your Online Statements.

You are using an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and need to upgrade to version 4 or higher. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older vision of Acrobat Reader prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done, you should be able to view your Online Statements with no problems. Click here to get the latest version.

• Verify that you are current on all system updates.
• Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
• Some pop-up blocker and firewall programs may prevent access to Online Statements. If you utilize these types of applications, you may need to disable certain features of the programs in order to access your Online Statements.

You can opt out of Online Statements at any time. From the Online Statements page, see below for a Paperless setting:

• Elect to go paperless - make sure the box is checked.

• Continue to receive mailed statements and view online statements - make sure the box is unchecked.
