Turned away twice. I understand that you may be busy with appointments, though walk ins are bread and butter for nail places. There just is no need to be jerks about not having a spot!

I don't know why it says walk ins welcome when that is certainly not the case. I received horrible customer service from this establishment. When asked IF they do a simple nail repair, the associate laughed and said "No, we don't have time for that". I guess they "don't have time" for a paying customer.

Fantastic job. The nails are beautiful & the overall service was fabulous. It's small town and this is on the Square so you will wait but only because of those factors. You can tell they're trying to balance doing a great job, which they do - with getting people in when they can.

I was very excited to come to this new Salon. A friend bought me a gift certificate so I decided to try it out. The atmosphere is beautiful BUT bottom line....you are really going for a quality product. I'm not sure who I had but my lady could not speak English. Therefore when she took my dark polish off my toes and I asked for a light pink base and french (to cover the discoloration), I'm not sure what I got but I had to come home and do my toes myself. After that I asked for a full set. I had a picture of very short rounded nails with a design. I was then given to someone new. Don't know her name either. I showed her the picture and she was going on and on about how I needed gel to do this and I asked for acrylic. I told her "do whatever you have to do to make my nails look like this pic". At this point she wasn't very happy with me. The picture showed a mauve color and they had nothing close to the color. I ended up choosing a pale pink which in turn looked like pepto bismo. While she was shaping, she did exactly the opposite. SQUARE NAILS. I asked for round. Thick and disgusting! By the time she was done, it looked like I had grown out needing a fill, Lee press on nails! $95 for my toes and disgusting nails! I was in a local store right after and they also could not believe how bad they looked! I ended up spending an additional $30 to have them fixed at another salon. I have had 2 pedicures done here, both by guys and they did an amazing job. However unless you are getting Cindy, who I know did a good job at a previous salon, or one of the guys....you better run out the door! My nails were a hot mess! I am giving one star for the gorgeous atmosphere and one star for the guys that did my previous pedicure. My nails were so thick, I felt like I was carrying 5 pound weights around with me. I truly have never had worse looking nails in my life. So expensive and so disappointed. Had Cindy been there, I would have definitely told her. NOT HAPPY!
